specs cameras

hi i downloaded the latest cameras from here onto my dads unit and it has the new secs cameras on the m1 11-8 great, but i have a blue media 6300 with destinnator , ive downloaded the latested cameras from there site but no specs on the m1, how come they are behind you and does anybody know if the maps can be updated and voices etc thanks
