G0 700 - Inserting a dialling pause and sending DTMF tones?

Had a search through the forums, and couldn't find a topic for this, so apologies if this has been done before.

Is it possible to programme "pauses" into telephone numbers held in the contacts file, and then send DTMF tones? A couple of work contacts require contact via a main number and then their extension is accessed by entering an extension number post connection. For most mobiles this is achieved by pre-programming the telephone number, followed by pauses, and then sending DTMF tones i.e. 02089996666pp1234.

Does the Go 500 & 700 support sending DTMF tones? If so how is this achieved, and what character denotes a pause?
