Need a PDA for Gps navigating

I'm beginner of GPS and looking for a PDA+BT gps receiver solution. I'm confused which PDA i'd choose. I have some thoughts on PDA i need:

1. with a big TFT screen. 2.8"+&16bits color+(must)

2. with efficient battery supportting system as long as possible

3. stable system(software and hardware) seldom crash

4. easy to be connected with BT gps receivers and be installed gps softwares

so,what PDA i should choose? any suggestions?

I'd say either the iPAQ 4700 (4" screen, VGA) or the iPAQ 6300 (3.5", QVGA). The latter has an excellent battery life, at the cost of a slower processor (168 MHz).

ALL Pocket PCs have 16bit screens, so that's not a criterion.
