Wireless FM adaptor to work MP3 on TT through car stereo

Firstly sorry for the long subject line.

Has anyone yet tried a wireless FM adaptor to run their Tom Tom 910 through the Car stereo?? I haven't a line in on my car stereo and it has been suggested to me that one of these adapters should work equally as well--but I don't want to spend any more money if they are a waste of time.

Works just fine, the only problem is they are illegal for use in this country, although the power output is so small it won't get detected so who will know - give it a go mp3, audio books, nav and warning voices all through the main car system and hands free from the phone - Mike

Thanks ever so--I shall go and buy one then...Hope I won't get found out--I'll plead ignorance then I suppose.This has persuaded me to keep the 910 which was going to go back once I found out there was no way to link in with my stereo.
