Traffic Subscription Suddenly Ended for no reason!

Last week my subscription was showing a date of the 8/12/06 and was working on tuesday, then today it suddenly started saying my trial had expired. I've checked the status today and surprise surprise my end date is blank/ not active.

Mine just did this also - previously expiry was 23/1/07 - foolishly I paid for another year and it still says trial expired - website says I have no traffic subscription. I'm now waiting to hear from them. Don't know if it is related but I just updated my maps.
