CheckPoint Sync with TT - doesn't work

hi there

I have TT5.2 and Checkpoint 5.02 installed but i cannot get it to sync.

I start up TT and then Checkpoint.

When i select Navigate i go back into TT and then go through the menu to Ch again

The sync setting is greyed out

It's like CP cannot figure our which map is being used

any ideas?

Hi,

I had the same problem with CP3. I had the GB Map & the Major Roads of Europe loaded on my Ipaq. After deleting the folder containing the European Map, deleting the European map's config file [Mobile Device\TomTom Navigator Settings] I opened checkpoint, selected 'United Kingdom' map, clicked 'Refresh'. Everything has worked well ever since.
