Ordered various bits on their website after hours Tuesday 11 April, including a Pro-clip they didn't even list. Phoned me Thursday to get payment for the unlisted Pro-clip which they had sourced for me and all arrived Saturday (no post Easter Friday).

Unfortunately the Custom mount for my Axim was faulty . I reported this on their website, got an RMA by e-mail, returned the mount on Wednesday and a fully working replacement arrived this morning (Friday)

Well pleased :D . This is the second time I've used them and it won't be the last based on experience so far. To be fair, they're the only specialist GPS retailer I've used (chosen on feedback in this forum) so I can't personally compare them with their competitors.
