So are you saying that the files you had transferred had not originally gone into the MYPOI directory, and you had to move them there?

thats correct. they were just sat there. as soon as i moved them and checked the device they were there as a active poi and all was working.

i take it that is not normall???

but it worked so thanks again

Hi there,

I had the same problem.

The files were just sitting in the directory 'Mobile Device'. The one that has the list of folders:

Documents & Settings
My Documents
My Flash Disk
Program Files
Storage Card
Temp
Windows

I just cut and paste the four files into My POI's and it worked. It looks as though the files get downloaded into the wrong place.
