Do you have the iCN switched on when you connect it? I had this problem with one laptop; it was down to USB driver conflicts. I removed Laplink and Navman Desktop then worked OK. _________________ Tim |

Tim, thanks for your assistance, have loaded desktop on my laptop, has gone on after a couple of trys and 635 recognised at the moment. Software is V3.2.1.275 wondering if that was the problem with desktop. Desktop is new Dell with Norton security. |

Cured my problem with a simple software update from Navman now another problem has arisen, when indoors and on mains power it appears to work ok but as soon as i put it in the car and switch it on after the initial opening screen i then get an overlay screen saying "reloading maps" until it eventually turns itself off.
Anyone any ideas ?
regards,
Dennis. |
