I use TTN2 and CheckPOInt for warning about SCs, i have 2 points that i need clarifying.

1. Is it possible to get CheckPOInt to show the large MPH it shows for warning you about SC ahead whilst at the same time using TTN2 to navigate a route? I only seem able to get the SC warning or TTn2 to navigate for me but both at the same time.

2. How accurate is the MPH display that's shown via the CheckPOInt SC warning display?

I had to do some work on my speedometer which involved taking the MPH needle pointer of the dial (and no, i wasn't clocking my odometer ;o) Now the speedometer constantly displays, it's hard to accurate, but about 8 MPH faster than the GPS display. I figured that as this is a constant difference compared to the GPS display, that i must have put the the needle pointer back slightly out from where it should be.

Del.

2) The speed data from the GPS is accurate to 0.1 mph, much more accurate than your speedometer. Given the fact that european law instructs manufacturers of speedometers to show abut 4 mph too much (4 kmh for the mainland) i'd guess you may have put the needle back on slightly off, but less than you think.

OK it's out with the dash tomorrow then and get that needle set back into the right place, with maybe a 3MPH plus added over true speed.
