help with TT5

I've just started using TT5 on mypocket pc but whenever I exit out of the program or turn off my Ipaq TT5 lose's all of my settings for example, Home reverts back to the original place and all of the POI warnings I put in dissapear and I lose any favourites that I've added so I have to start again... This is quite annoying so I wondered if anyone can help.. (I've tried reinstalling, soft reset etc..) Sad
