speed camera download failure

Hi new to site just bought navman 550icn have subsribed to a months trial have followed all of the instuctions on web site but when i go to my poi files there is nothing showing hope sombody can help.....many thanks simon

Welcome.
Try disabling your firewall and antivirus software.
Don't know if it works for the 550 but it certainly works for the 520.

hi cj tried that but still nothingseems to be a data problem or download fault, not sure wot to do now thanks for your help anyway.
