Speed camera detection

I have the medion mdppc 150 pda. Can anyone suggest a speed camera detection program that can work with navigion navigator 5?
I have tried having a look at POI Observer but i have no clue about how to install ... Anything easier???

It say you must have navigaition 2 or 3
