mio 269 problems with poihandler camera updates

I have POIwarner on my 269 and have the camera data base but need to update the database but can't seem to download it. I log on to POIwarner enter my username select download POI, select country & speed cams,press download get 3 green bars up & then nothing? what am i doing wrong? any sugestion would be appreciated

When you click into "POI-Warner Sync Tool" when on the internet it should take you immediately to the download page with your registration details already completed for you and the POIhandler database available straightway. I'm not sure why you are logging in each time? Presume you have registered with POIhandler and paid the sub??

thanks Ray, XP had removed the sync icon from the desktop (unused icons)& iwas trying to sync from the poihandler website thaks for reminding meabout the sync tool.
