GB Plus Maps

I am sorry if this has been answered before but I have done a search and can't find it. Can anyone tell me the difference between a Great Britain map and a Great Britian Plus Map?

The Great Britain map is a street-level map of Great Britain; the PLUS map adds major roads of Western Europe.
