BT338 no satelites detected

Have had BT338 for approx 3 weeks and used daily with PDA. 3 days ago it refused to get a fix at all. I have drained the battery and removed it for 24 hours, recharged the unit and still no joy. Any ideas? Still under warranty so do you think it has developed a fault. Alternatively, is there any way of resetting it?

Sometimes, what appears to be a problem with the GPS unit is actually a Bluetooth problem on the PDA. Have you installed any software on your PDA recently? I have has problems with Bluetooth that disappeared when I de-installed some software. Until then, I couldn't get into the Bluetooth Manager due to lack of memory.
