Yellow Route

Been with TomTom for almost 2 years now, using it nearly every day - and still haven't figured out the significance of yellow roads showing up on route. They seem to be main roads that converge on the route I am taking, but not part of the route. Why they are highlighted escapes me completely.

I bet there's a very obvious answer, but if you can put me out of my misery I'd appreciate it.

Have you changed day color schemes yet? If not, try it out. There is also a separate application that lets you create your own color schemes.

I think you will find those yellow lines are the opposite side of the dual carriageway you are on.
