Hi all,

I've been really struggling with my TT Go 700 screen holder (the one that comes with the unit) ever since I got it. It takes ages for me to get it to stick on my windscreen (BMW 3-series) and when it eventually does it's not in the position I want it to be in as it's usually too high up. So I take it off and keep struggling with it until it eventually gets to the right position.

I've seen various posts about screen holders, but my friend has an old TT Go and she has no problems attaching hers to the same car but it's a different type of mount that came with heres (the latch is at the bottom instead of at the top). I've tried everything so any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers.

you can remove the two screws on the side and then turn the suction cup 180 degrees so the latch is at the bottom.

I Find that if I warm my suction cup up first then I get a good seal first time.
Try taking the mount in to the house at nights and leaving it somewhere warm so that It is warm when you attach it and also give the widscreen a good wipe forst to get rid of any condensation.
You might have to wait about ten mins like I do sometimes to get mine to stick as the car can be just too cold!

Latest design is not good! I've swapped the suction end for the one from my old Classic.
