CompactGPS-LP problem

Hi guys and thanks in advance for any help given.

I have installed the above unit onto my 3970, in the gps monitor window it is showing four blue bars but is still saying "no fix" why would this be.

Also when i try to find sats in tomtom,even with CompactGPS-LP showing in the configuration when i click it the little arrow in top right fails to spin.

all sorted now guys. tomtom wouldent use the pretec gps option, but worked if i clicked to use "GPS Port" option.

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
