Upgrade software on Medion MD95900

Hi All,

I`m currently running Medion Navigator 4.75 on my MD95900 with POI warner. I`ve just purchased the latest 5.01 software on Ebay.

How easy it is to upgrade the software? Is it a case of putting the disks into my PC and letting it install or do I have to delete everything off my memory card first?

I know I can download a free update for POI warner, but was not sure how to update the Medion software.

Any help will be great.

Just copy the mnavdce.cab file and the maps onto your memory card and then do a hardreset. The new software will autoinstall just as it did when you first ran the device with the old software.

POI Warner will not work with 5.01 though, you need at least version 5.1.
