Have you ensured the speaker is not muted? Tap Screen | Select preferences and then speaker Icon.

The camera files for the GO are the same as are the install instructions.

However I'd suggest the issue with the sound is resolved first!

Why not get this issue resolved under warranty?

because i got it of a friend... sort of back door job i think... its boxed etc... but he works at a big outlet of that sort of stuff.... i dont know where he got it from etc... just that it was just about brand new.. told me about the speaker so i said ide give him a printer and scanner for it.... printer was a hp 610c (very old...) hadnt used either for well over 2 years... so wan just collecting dust.. thought, i might as well have somethin useful that dont work 100% over somethin that was wasting space....

i registared it etc ok.. and things seem fine... also,... i know he has used it a few times.... but like i say... i donk know where he got it... was boxed etc
