Software for maps and .ov and ov2 files?

Does anyone know of software for Windows to view and navigate gps maps and .ov .ov2 files?

Inav Iguidance have a PC module but they do not support custom POIs.

The new Microsoft Streets and Trips is supposed to have voice guidance and rerouting too, and may be worth checking out as a cheapo alternative.
