Hi

A colleague at works has a Tomtom One and I have tried to connect this to his laptop to download your speed camera database. Problem is the pc doesnt see the unit as either a removable storage device etc. Tried to install the TT software but to no avail as well. Also attached it to mine pc and the same happens as well.

Any help would be appreciated,

To add to the above, the TT one is seen under 'safely remove devices' when you open this up.

Hi Rich. I found mine in control panel, portable media devices Smile (Hope this helps) :D Dave.
