Garmin nuvi 300.Loading POI.Help!

Can someone PLEASE tell me (in simple terms) how to load POI files.
I am new to Garmin and novice to computer as well.

Download your POI files, you can get speed cameras from this site

Read the instructions, which will basically say that you unzip the POI to a folder on your hard drive, they run the POI loader and use the dialogue boxes to let the loader find the POI on your hard drive. The programme does the rest.
You, of course, have to connect your nuvi to the computer by the supplied cable.
With the speed cameras you want the .csv/other folder, unless they specifically have changed it to 'Garmin'.
