Nokia 7710 with Tom tom

I installed tom tom on my phone, i paired the GPS reciever with my phone and when i go into tom tom to set it up with my receiver to wont let me chose another GPS device other than a Tom tom one, is there anyway i can get around that?

You'll need to buy an original TomTom receiver for it to work correctly...

cheers for the reply i thought that maybe the problem but i did have the option on the GPS settings to use a different GPS reciever other than the Tom tom one, for some reason it wont let me select that option now it just displays the tom tom reciever.
