Just discovered your forum, great site, very informative.

Does the HP IPAG 2215 work with the Navman 4400. Just bought the 4400, I have 14 days to return the unit.

Not at the moment because of PPC 2003, but Navman are releasing a patch for this in the first week of September. Dave has ben testing this patch. How is it going Dave?

It's looking good! Not one problem on my 2215 that has SmartST Pro installed.

Thankyou Gambitgander and Dave. I will wait until the first week of September for the Navman batch, unless! you can recommend a gps system for the 2215 that is superior to the 4400.

I've had clarification from Navman that they're looking to release 1st week of September. It really depends on what you call superior. If you're looking at extended battery life, than there isn't really any that will go for 15 hours straight. Performance wise, the Emtac probably is a little better.

be warned that you will experience lots of bluetooth connection drop-offs with your h22xx series. It's a pesky problem that causes the setup practically useless.

One other model has the same problem is h55xx series.

You only get this problem if the processor is under extreme load, I have lots installed to both of my 2210's and I get the problem about once a week where it will drop off. It's usually due to a memory leak in another app, and soft resetting the iPAQ completely resolves the problem. You shouldn't see it that often, but it does differ depending on what programs you have installed. e.g. I don't have any Today page add-ins!
