When I bought a couple of Brodit clips from them not long ago, they were very helpful and the bits came as quick as could be expected.
Mind you I communicated with them by phone. |

I have used Clove on several occasions and have found them excellent in all respects.

i have to say on the occastion ive used clove they are very helpful both on the phone and via email and the stuff has come quickly too _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. Good bye IOS don't let the door hit you on the way out .

Im glad you all had good service especially Tewy(that was necessary)
If youve had good service then POST IT, dont wait till someone has a negative experience and then suddenly feel the need to run to defend a company (which hopefully they dont work for/or are sponsored by..god forbid )
Posts about bad service are as important(if not more) as posts of good service. I expect good service everytime when Im paying someone.I dont expect bad!
It is typical human behaviour to disagree(try not agreeing to that) If someone posts a negative,you will get the"well Ive had good service" If someone posts a positive you get the"well Ive had a bad service" brigade
It would be more use if we just had a single post of good or bad for each transaction You could quickly see a more accurate picture of a companies service and not just a knee jerk response. I realise that takes a bit more effort than just replying when you happen to be reading the forums.
That was fun wasnt it :D

pgpsw started charging for membership that gives access to the camera dadtabase over 12 months ago.
as it is now we give a better service with updates coming at the moment approximetly every couple of weeks at the moment. _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. Good bye IOS don't let the door hit you on the way out .

Jasb,
I agree totally with your comments on posting on positive and negative companies regarding level of service on companies, I also expect to receive good service from any one I pay money to.
I objected to the sarcastic tone, surely this is not the point of the forums. Trying to help each other providing information and opinions so as to enable better choices to be made.
That is ALL I felt was unnecessary.
