Nuvi 360 Route calculation Error

I have Nuvi 360 loaded with Europe Map, I download Map source 6.11 North America, when I try to set an address I'm getting the error :
Route Calculation Error - No roads near starting point.
Any Idea ?

Did you try with the GPS receiver off (Aerial down) ?

are you setting the address in mapsource on the pc, or on the gps?
