Mio A210 TTN5 "chose voice" problem

I have Mio A210 mobile and i install TTN5 on it.
After iinstallation I run TTN5 and everytime i chose voice TTN5 quit to mobile desktop.

what can be wrong?

Is the version of TT5 a copy bought cheaply or legitimate?

It's legitimate(TT5 west europe if its help or you)

Sounds very strange - not heard of it before hence my first question. Have you tried Tom Tom?
