Help with set up

I have an IPAQ 3660 with a Navman 3450 sleeve and Tomtom 5 (upgraded to 5.1). At the start all worked fine and the set up was very reliable. However, now it doesn't seem to keep a fix for longer than a couple of seconds and the never finds one again. Can anybody suggest anything? I have heard about there could be issues with the Tomtom drivers keeping the Comm port 4 tied up , thus preventing the Navman driver from accessing it, and have had a go at resolving this, but to no avail. CAN ANYONE HELP??? Are there any known software or driver conflicts? This is very frustrating!

there is another upgrade out for tt5
it is version 5.20
its on tomtom website try it it might help
