Hi, I would be grateful if anyone could tell me how i can add these camera alerts on to my Delphi Grundig Nav100 which runs Destinator DG with Navteq maps.

Never heard of that one, I'm afraid.
But on the main Camera download page http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Cameras&referer=SideBar there is a large red/green compatibility table. Although your unit doesn't appear, there are 4 entries for "Powerloc Destinator" on other units and four "click here"s that link to different sets of instructions. Maybe one of those will give you a few clues?
