Hey All.

Bought a GPS 400 from PC World this morning, didnt get anything interesting for Christmas Rolling Eyes . Having real problems getting Speed Camera Points on the unit. Can someone who has already done it post some instructions? Getting really confused, and downloading all sorts of programs Smile. Also, how do i get to the auto alert menu?

Any help would be great! :D

It came with destinator PN software. I used poisync to get the database from this site, and used Desinator PN to import them to the unit as fovourites. i can click on the individula items on the unit and it will show me where they are, so it knows that, and i have enabled voice alerts and put the new voice file on the unit. took it out this morning and went past a speed camera, but nothing happened..grrr. Any suggestions?

If PN is the same as D3 you have to set-up the distances you want warnings.

to do this select

destinate - fovorites

then select one of the auto alerts and press tools - edit.

This brings up an new screen where you can select the distances you want to be warned of the speed cameras. (I've sent mine to 600 & 400 to cover mobiles and 400 & 100 for redlights)

Remember to do ths for auto alert 1 & 2 and all should work correctly.
