Hi guys, just a quick question. I just received my Dell Axim and I order TomTom5, I was wondering if I should try install the software directly off the CD and see if I have any problems or just do the update directly off the internet? What is the USA update for Pocket PC called? The update says it is for VGA 640X480 screen which I have and is this necessary or is it the only improvment? As you can see I am a newbie and just want to make this easy on myself.

You can install directly from the file on the internet. You need the CD for the maps and the voices.

You will have the latest version on your CD. Tomtom are a reputable company and would no longer be shipping versions known to have bugs. |
