TTN2 and Mapopolis

Can TTN2 and Mapopolis be installed on the same machine, and will they run on the same GPS receiver. I will be going to the US soon and have the opportunity for the maps of Florida running on Mapopolis.



Any thoughs ?

No reason why not so long as you have sufficient space to have both apps installed to memory card. Even if you haven't you can always uninstall TTNav for the duration of your trip to the US?



Most GPS Receivers will work with Mapopolis.



The unlock code is stored on the PC you first installed TTNav from so a re-install from the same PC would not require another activation.

I have had both loaded on the same machine TTN2 UK maps/ MAPOPOLIS Florida Maps and TTN2/MAPOPOLIS UK Map (Surrey - whilst deciding wether to buy Mapopolis) Obviously can't use both at the same time to navigate the same journey but it is easy to switch from one to tother. steve
