road speed limit

Hi guys, I've just bought a pocket pc, it came with medion navigator 5, but I bought a TT5 from e-bay, is it possible to have TT5 to show the legal speed limit of the road that I am on. I swear that it's a ploy by the police not to have speed limit signs placed on roads, you don't know if it's a 30 or 40mph or a 50 or 60. If TT5 can't do this is it possible to buy a program that will?

TomTom can't do it. I doubt any other program will expose that information either. Mapopolis tells you the speed range of the road but that includes slack on both sides of the speed limit...
