I took my legend on a boat trip the other weekend.
Whilst tied up at the quayside I noticed that according to the map on the display ( when zoomed in) it was showing I was actually on dry land.
I understand these things are only accurate to a certain degree( although i seemed to have a good fix) just wondered if this mismatch was common?

Unless WAAS is active then 14 to 20 feet is normal for my two units[eMap and iQue]
With the WAAS I sometimes get 5 to 7 feet on the iQue.
I can also set my unit to 'roads' or 'actual location'
