ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO BUY RELIABLE 3rd PARTY PPC BATTERIES?

I purchased some 3rd party Li-Ion PPC batteries this summer. They were never much use and they are already down to less than half an hour's battery life.

Does anyone know any suppliers of reliable 3rd party PPC batteries, please?
