Is it possible to transfer tomtom to another PDA?

I have TTN5 on my T3 and I was thinking about buying the LifeDrive.
Is it possible to transfer the licence thing so that I can use TTN5 on my new PDA instead?

you cannot transfer the license but you can do one second activation after 7 days, and then one every half year.
