Can no longer charge Medion...help!!!

I bought an all in one Medion pocket pc/sat nav last year. I am now finding it increasingly difficult to connect to car/cradle/mains as the connection at the bottom of unit seems really loose when plug is in and obviously if I can't connect then I can't charge the battery nor run the unit from the cigarette lighter in my car rendering the unit virtually useless. Does anyone have any idea where I may be able to get this repaired (in London) or have any suggestions how to resolve this problem. I have e- mailed Medion but as usual have had no reply!!!! I would be grateful for any help at all with this problem :-) :-)
