Where can I buy a bluetooth gps receiver over-the counter?

Hi,

I can see lots of gps receivers on Ebay around the £55 mark, but I can't seem to find any actual shop which sells them at these prices. In fact, the shops seem to sell them for around £200!

Can anybody tell me if there is a shop in either Hertfordshire or North-West London from which I can obtain a bluetooth receiver over the counter?

Maplin don't seem to do them, nor Halfords. If anybody is selling one privately in any of these areas I'd be interested.
