Registration Help

hi everyone, with the registration of the go 500 i am a little puzzled. I have registered on the website for an account and it is saying to choose your model and enter device code etc... I am ok with that but then what do you do on the ttg when it says email you enter your email you used on the website and then it asks for your password you used on the website so far so good But then there is a website www.ttgcode.com or something like that to register your device but i thought you had already done that with the registration on the ttg and tt website.

Am i not getting it oram i doing something wrong?

ttcode is the website where you can enter your product code and device code to get a map activation code. The map on the 500 comes pre-activated, so you won't need to go there yet.

On the other hand, knowing the activation code will help if you need it when you are away from an internet connection. Normally the GO only asks for this if you have done a restore from backup/reformat/used a new card etc. after a problem or upgrade.
