From bad to worse

Well. My unit just goes from bad to worse.

It started with the handsfree not detecting the microphone. Looked like the cradle. They sent me a new cradle (Support is good BTW. Can't complain about the for that so far).

Same prob..

Meanwhile for a day I lost traffic services. Just says can't connect. Much around later I get service back.

Today I lose Traffic again. And handsfree. The traffic just says no connection. Handsfree just won't pickup the audio... It dials & the person answers, but I have to pickup the phone...

After pairing with my wifes phone & going back again to mine, it's working for handsfree again, but traffic now says my unit has already had the promotion activated for my unit. I've still got about 3 weeks to go on the trial BTW..

Damn... Are people supposed to have this much trouble with a simple connection... I feel like throwing it through a window... And the worst part is NO DIAGNOSTICS! How is a person supposed to know if the problem is the TT, the Phone or O2 I have no idea.

Meanwhile the unit has to go back due to the non-detecting the cradle problem. At least it's less than 28 days old (SO Amazon will send me a new one & I can just send the old back when I've got the new), but hells teeth this is frustrating.

Tomtom. If you do nothing else, put some fricking diagnostics on this thing!
