Spinning around whilst stationary

I have two firmware updated BT338's, and TTM5 and Route66 - all combinations (on a Nokia6600 at least) often produce a spinning scenario whilst stationary. The location is fine, it's just the direction that the GPS receiver is sending flicks around like crazy.

Has anyone else got this effect, and is it therefore just a function of the software in the BT338?

yes, this is configurable in the firmware. However, do not expect a GPS position to be stationary. It is perfectly normal that it will jump around when you don't move. That's what the DOP measurementas are all about.
