Of course I am back to having the Quick Cam Add on page 4 instead off page 1 but hey after all the grief that trying to get it on page one has caused I think I will just leave it where it is.

Lyngarth, its not there unless you are adding stuff with the SDK (software development kit). You really have to go back over some of the posts called "New apps for your Go" and similar to follow what needs doing as it can get a bit complex

Right then, I now have it all up and running, but while a was looking through the menus, iI pressed Add Camera, so now have a speed camera outside of my front door Embarassed

can some one please tell me how to remove it, thats if you can remove it.

Change preferences / manage POI / Delete POI / Select the POI category ( it will be My cameras or new cameras or similar)
Then select the POI, which I think will be at the top of the list because it sorts them in order of distance from your present location and then tap Yes to confirm the delete.

If you want to double check before you delete it, you can exit everything, go to Browse map / tap the arrow at top right or left of the screen (above the zoom bar) to centre the map on your house, then tap on the camera icon itself (you may need to zoom in and have a few gos to grab it) and a bpop up box should show the name of the camera. Remember that name and then go through the steps I started with above.

All the above assume you are at home when you do it! :D

I have tried the above MNU file which looks different to mine but once installed there is no change to Quick Cam Add which still remains on page 4 even though when you look at the mnu file SDK1 which i think is the Cam icon should be on page 1.

Have done all you suggest but to no avail.

I have to date 18 different MNU files and not one of them is the way I want it. I am still convinced that there is something else in the TT's own software that will not allow me to have things the way I want it.

It is also possible I am still not doing something right.

You would not believe how many people have tried to sort this one out, I get mnu files sent to me every few days by email some of them are so close its infuriating.

Still not to worry, I will not give up on this one anytime soon.

Another thought.

Since Quickam is back on page 4 it could be that your menu file is not being seen again.

Check that you have not inadvertently left a Carriage Return at the end of your menu. Your cursor should be at the end of the last line not on the line below when you look at it in notepad.

I also notice from your menu posting that you don't have the bar at the end of your last entry

MENUITEM|TASK_PAGE4|
MENUITEM|TASK_DIAL_POI .........here

Also the entry on the previous line MENUITEM|TASK_PAGE4| shouldn't be there but at the end and should be MENUITEM|TASK_PAGE1|

This might be infuriating but it is sortable - dig deep.
