Best SD/MMC Card

Just got a Navman iCN520 and need to get another SD/MMC Card the one with it is 128mb and it wont fit all the POIs on it I need.

I would like to backup the data and put it onto a 256mb card which should be more than sufficient. I believe this is legal so should be ok.

Which SD/MMC card would you recomend and where from??
