I was recommended to thenavigationcompany.com .I've also seen their ads in various magazines. Has anyone bought from them?

I saw an advert for the navigation company and arranged to go itno thier store and was given an excellent demonstration which made everything very clear and easy. i bought an iCN 650 which has proven to be a necessity when driving, i dealt with a guy called Jon who provided an faultless service (clealry new what he was talking about - a refreshing change)and i would happily reccommend the navigation company to anyone.

I'm new to gps and have been thinking about one for a long time- as i can't find my way to the pub most of the time let alone the meetings I have to go to. I passed one of their mini's on the M1, which was covered in advertising, got me thinking and next minute I was on the phone (on hands free) and they were very helpful, they took time to talk to me, (which means a lot to me) decided on the Navman icn510 which I received yesterday morning. I absolutely love it. I think their service was truly excellent. I've recommended them to my mates.

I am also new to GPS, and ordered a Go 700 from The Navigation Company yesterday.

I requested delivery to my work address via their online order form. I called to confirm that they would NOT be sending an invoice to my home address (this is a present for my wife), and even got a courtesy call that afternoon to assure me that the invoice is only available online.

When I got home, I had an email requesting a fax to confirm this on Company Headed paper (which was never mentioned on the online form).

Having sent that at 5:30 last night, the unit arrived this morning.

Great service, and a discount price compared to other places I have looked.
