Downloading Voices Tom Tom Site

I thought I had bought TomTom PLUS Voice - John Cleese (YRD) on the TOM Tom site. They have took my money invoiced me but I can't not find how to download the file on to my PC from the site, as I can't find it in my Plus service catalogue (I assume that's where I would find it). All I can see there is Voices none. What am I dioing wrong? It's a poor site no instructions to help once a purchase has been made.

The TT web site is suffering from an upgrade problem at the moment - the new site has as many bugs as TT5 at the moment - try the customer support but don't hold your breath - also the links to register new purchases of TT vis direct web acess don't work the URL on the CD does not match the site - I tried earlier today - Mike
