TomTom Version 1.22 Upgrade to Version 2

HI,



does anyone know how i can get an upgrade from V1.22 to V 2.



The TomTom site has just finished the free upgrade, and are not willing to give me any info.



Please Help if you can

It wasn't a free upgrade - it cost EUR 40 for most customers (though there were free upgrades for very recent purchasers).



The upgrade offer has closed (it closed on 30 June) - you can download 1.52 but cannot now upgrade to version 2 except by buying version 2 software at full price.
