Hi, the manual is all that there is on the CD, the other options in the setup program are just links to the TomTom website.
I would have liked a backup of Nav5 + maps.

Probably depends on how you have purchased the software. I have the official Upgrade Pack which contains 7 CDs, the first being the application/user manual. The other 6 are the Maps of Western Europe.
