garmin m5 problems

i contacted garmin about 2 issues rerouting and bluetooth issues mainly usin other bt gps recivers so i can run other gps programmes because the garmin one is well basicly crap..
and this is what i wrote

Problem:
why does rerouting take so long is there any more updates on the way to
bring this product in line with other leading navigation companies
. also when using bluetooth on other software the comport options ore only
virtual not real please help
and this is all they had to say

The US is looking into the problem to make it faster. The bluetooth will
work with mobile phone and ect.
